We are a small, hard-working consulting firm based in Irving, TX. Established in 1999 (formerly known as Grindstone Productions), we hit the ground running with a direct approach to making our clients successful. Let's face it...in today's economy, it's a very competitive world we live in. Focused primarily on small to medium businesses, we strive to provide our clients that 'corporate' edge, look and feel, without the corporate price.

Mr. Fernando “Fred” Viera is the Corporate Manager \ President of Grindstone Group, LLC.  From 2003 to 2010, he had worked for CAGE, Inc. as a software designer, IT manager, project manager, and engineer.  He developed various web-based Baggage Handling System (BHS) reporting systems and was responsible for managing and supporting over 100 employees and 600 units of hardware and associated software.

 

When it comes to online solutions, Mr. Viera has dealt with a wide variety of expectations and considerations. Over a span of 10 years, his ongoing development of our eTracs product has not only met, but exceeded all our clients' expectations. In short? Regarding web-based and online solutions for your business needs, if it can be considered, it can be delivered.

Roy came to us equipped with a very strong IT and military background. With over 20 years experience in IT and team management, Roy is not only very committed to your success as our client, but is also extremely thorough and project-oriented, thereby making him effecient at coordinating and managing all technical aspects of our projects.

 

A recent graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Dallas, Tx, Roy

​has a sincere passion and love for locally grown, locally sourced and organic food. He pursues his passions as a chef in his spare time and dreams of opening his own restaurant in the Boston area within the next few years.
